The Haus de Bretagne is certainly interesting. The crepes and galettes (savory crepes) are certainly good, but a bit over-priced (for me a crepe should be half the price of a pizza, not more expensive).
When we went, we had a party of 11 for lunch, and they really struggled to get the food to us at the same time. When the last person got their galette, the first few were well finished.
However I shouldn't be too harsh on the place, it is nice and the food is great.
