1. Food tastes great
2. You can choose how spicy you want your food
3. Great atmosphere
4. Food comes quickly
5. Great for groups (they can do a full chicken for a family etc)
6. The staff are polite and helpful
7. kids menu as well
8. Funny/ witty jokes on napkins and waiters t-shirts etc
