they spent £35mil redeveloping the Hippodrome 5 years ago, and hence it undoubtedly boasts the best facilities in the Birmingham theatre circuit. Nestled right in the arcadian area of Birmingham, there great amount of bars which can be visited before/after a show make it the best experience on offer in Birmingham when it comes to shows. There's a taxi rank right outside, and the haunts of the arcadian's bars/clubs if you are feeling adventurous.
They claim to turn over 500,000 people a year watching shows, and I'm really not surprised with the impressive size of the auditoriums, location, service and facilities.
The hippodrome's the place to be when visiting the theatre!
