Made a weekend visit for a blini get together (a Finnish winter tradition) with friends. Love the architecture and ambience of the place - 1930's funktionalism, and well maintained too. The place is buzzing, and the service, rumored to be a problem, was just fine. the food was good but not exceptional - perhaps a little pricey for basic blinis, but overall its an enjoyable place to socialize with friends and enjoy a winter bite. Its popular too, so make sure you book.
