When you've got 3 different cuisines to choose from all in one place, what more could you ask for? The custom house is a fairly new establishment in Copenhagen. It literally used to be an old custom house from tired/ship wrecked vikings as it is situated right infront of the harbor.
If you fancy having traditional Japanese cuisine, Ebisu, on the 2nd floor should do the trick. Now, if you are in the mood for good old steak and continental cuisine, the bar and grill on the ground floor is a sure bet. There is also an Italian restaurant which I have yet to try, called Bacino which I believe is a bit pricy and you need to book way in advance as it does get packed, especially on the weekends. The bar beside the bar and grill is a place to have a few drinks and sometimes they have DJ spinning some house tunes. A good place to chill while enjoying the view of the harbour. (and sometimes some yachts parked right infront!)
