Urgent query: Homebanking Girokonto 4618492
Dear Bergerhausen team,
I have made many attempts to call you, without any success. I have moved from Germany and would like to withdraw the balance of my account, and close my Girokonto. Unfortunately my TAN-list was stolen and I am unable to use your Internet banking facility.
I am returning to South Africa at the end of March, and am most anxious to finalise the matter as soon as possible. Can you help?
