Being stuck in Chorlton when my car broke down, I popped into Dulcimer for a coffee, but when I smelt the lovely cooking smells drifting in from the kitchen I had to have some of their home made soup. Being undecisive, I couldn’t decide between the two on offer (minestrone or spicy pumpkin), so the chef brought me out a mini bowl so I could try them both - what a treat!
The soup was delicious, and even though it was a quiet Tuesday lunchtime, there was still a lovely atmosphere, and I will make a point of returning there on my next visit.
Their nights look good too, with an interesting array of musical choices, and if they’re as pleasant in the by night as they were by day, then it’s a place not to miss
