The building is absolutely beautiful and just behind the “White House”. We did the tour last year and they take you round the whole factory. You see people working and learn a bit about the history of cigars. Didn’t know until the tour, most Cuban cigars are named after books that were read to the workers as they rolled the cigars- Romeo and Juliet, Count of Montecristo etc. They still employ readers to read to the workers today. Well worth a visit, although not for those with mobility problems, some steep steps.
