Still one of Germany’s best restaurants. There might be a controversy whether Jean-Claude Bourgeuil is using glutamate, but don’t bother, the taste still is excellent!
Everything is perfect, but the old house is very narrow and loud.

“Im Schiffchen” und Jean-Claude Bourgueil kenne ich schon seit den 80-ern, damals noch mit 3 Michelin Sternchen. High class & best Service & high price - aber allein aus “Studiengründen” einen Besuch wert.
