A nice little pub around the corner from Piccadilly Circus, the St. James is a great place to stop in for a pint during the week. The music selection is nice, ranging from current selections to the 60’s and the staff is nice. It takes a little while to get a drink due to the design of the bar, however, I’ve found the bar staff does their best to overcome this. The lack of seating is sometimes a problem, however, this due to the smaller size of the place and not a willful lack of tables. Overall, while not my obvious first choice for a night out, the St. James is a good place to get a pint in route to, or back from, other bars in the Piccadilly Circus area.
