Always full of people. That should be because of it´s wonderful location. Other than it´s location, the cafe itself is just very average. Nothing special, and a bit dusty because of the amount of people. They dont seem to have enough people to keep the place tidy. Self service.
I pop in quite often, as its just on my way when ever I go for a walk. So if you also happen to be on a walk, this is one option where to get a cup of tea. Nearby is also few other cafe´s that I think are a lot nicer.
