Charming restaurant with typical “or at least trying” Spanish food… I say at least trying, because most of the staff are not Spanish…so hard to really get a Spanish taste…
Decoration more Mexican than Spanish, but gracious details such as candles on top of used old bottles of Spanish wine.
I believe that they do bring you as close to the Spanish flavour as they can.
To begin with, the menu is dissapointing because they only have tapas or starters and the other possible combination are paellas as a main course. So if you wanna get a full spanish omelette forget about it, because it’s simply not gonna happen.
The Spanish omelette is far from the one my mum makes…but the paella is actually amazing! If you are a fish lover , do try the squid and king prawns, if not just go for chicken croquettes.
Wide variety for vegetarians too.
For those of you who are not familiarised with the Spanish cooking this is a great place to get a bit of everything and decide whether you like it or not.
Staff helpful and nice but takes too long to get a dish so they could offer some tapas to make the waiting easier.
Over-priced for the little amount served in the dished but nicely cooked.
