Location is the only selling point for this place. It is a great spot to base yourself.
Having organised a grand dinner with the fantastic views of the Thames etc from the Marriott in the County Hall behind, I then came down to earth with a bump checking into my accomodation adjacent. Didn’t have much choice in the matter with a public sector work budget, however I have stayed in far better places in other parts of London with the same budget. The room was functional, although I felt cleaner before using the bathroom than after- it was disgusting - and zilch view - looking out onto the back court of this dreary building.
