An independent, traditional grocer with a pleasing array of fresh and packaged goods. There’s a great choice of dried fruits here, alongside the more expected local produce; I was delighted to find fresh ginger available - not as easy as you might imagine in a small Italian town - as it’s an uncommon/rarely used ingredient in local or national dishes.

The owner is friendly and patient, happy for you to browse and ask questions before selecting even a small quantity of your desired item.
