An unexpected find, just around the corner from our hotel. We stopped here as a last resort, exhausted from a hard day’s sightseeing and desperate for food and drink.
The restaurant is simply but stylishly decorated and the service was very friendly. The waitress took care to make sure we understood the menu and described any unfamiliar dishes.
The food was excellent: delicious, well-presented and obviously made from quality ingredients. The menu was mostly French dishes but with a contemporary twist. The wine list was also very good.
The prices were not cheap but neither were they excessive for food of such quality.
Definitely recommended.
