Compliment

Everyone loves St Pauls- How can you not, especially if you've ever seen Mary Poppins? Classic!
The architecture is magnificent, and best viewed from many angles- outside, inside, bottom and top. I'd suggest wandering around the outside, taking in the gardens and gargoyles and everything. Then go inside, you do have to pay except on Sundays, and wander around the ground floor. Don't miss climbing to the top though- I know its a lot of stairs, pace yourself! Of course there is the whispering gallery, although I never quite got that to work. But make sure you get yourself to the balcony on top- the view is definitely worth it, and on a sunny day the city looks magical. Don't forget to look up when you've gotten down and realize how far you just climbed!
Its a kid-friendly place, but if you're going to climb you probably want those kids to be able to climb too- not the best place to be dragging around a pram!
