Cafe Rouge is a decent imitation Parisian cafe, complete with wicker chairs and tables set out on the sidewalk. This one is on a cute street just off the main road, you can take a quick wander around the shops and then settle down for a coffee and some people watching. Its nothing special but its perfunctory and there's not a ton of choice in this area.
