The dungeons take you through the darker side of Edinburghs history. With everything from ghost stories to methods of torture used in days of old.

The staff within the dungeons interact with you as you make your way through, telling stories and setting the scene for the next event and there is also a few surprises along the way which may not be good for the feint hearted.

The place is very informative and some of the stories will send shivers down your spine.

The only draw back is it can be quite an expensive outing especially for family's but you can pick up vouchers to get 1 person in free if another pays full price which will take the sting out of the price.
You cant spend a whole day in there but it will keep the kids and adults occupied for a few hours and give them a few frights they wont forget in a hurry.
All in all not a bad place to go
