We've been working hard behind the scenes to make Qype an even more useful and fun place to be. Here's what we've been up to...

• Complete new look and feel

  As you've probably noticed, Qype's had a bit of a facelift. There's a whole host of small tweaks which we're sure you'll like, so go and have a play...

• Explore your area

  We've added a whole new way to locate the best places near you. Click on the 'explore this area' tab and use the map to zoom in to specific locations then use the constantly updated 'top places' list to pick your destination. Handy!

• Easier search, better results

  Qype search has undergone a complete overhaul. We've made it much more powerful and relevant to you, so you can now search for postcodes, street names, local areas and much more. Try it for yourself!

• Add videos

  You can now add YouTube videos to Qype! You can add movies to new reviews and even go back and add clips to things you wrote months ago. So next time you're out and about why not take a quick video clip to add to Qype and you won't have to type quite so much!

• Attach a place to anything

  Ever discussed a place in a group, or in a message to another Qyper? Well now you don't have to spend time pasting in web addresses because you can just attach the place you're talking about directly into your message and share it with the world.
