4 Points out of 5

Didn’t get off to a great start when they had no record of my reservation, but soon overcame that. I had a table in the window, which initially concerned me as it looked a little packed in, but turned out to be great. What rhubarb does well is ambience and food, a great mix of cool and relaxed, but with a high quality of food.
The service was friendly, but occasionally inefficient, and the bill was wrong.
If you are feeling relaxed and want a great atmosphere and good food come here – if you want efficient service move on.

Sandbanks Beach cafe (Poole, by Mazdaz)

1 Points out of 5

Well unlike the previous reviewer I thought the food was going to be good but I was mistaken. Don’t get me wrong, beautiful views, lovely large, bright seating area but the food was overpriced (what did I expect-it is sandbanks!!!) very poor variety, only 3 choices of paninis and the one I had- smoked cheese and ham, lacked the lovely oozing cheese and was a bit dry, I rarely add sauces to my paninis if they are well filled but I had to brown sauce to this one as it was so boring! Also the chip portion was appalling-small and not particularly hot or crunchy. All this for £6.95 not even a salad garnish!
Usually in fancy places you are served small but beautifully presented food which is cooked to perfection and you don’t mind it being on the expensive side.
It wasn’t particularly busy at this point 2.30pm on a Friday afternoon, so can’t use that as an excuse.
Now the cakes did look nice however didn’t have one so can’t comment!
Small cappacino £3.05, glass of Pepsi £2.30

Very disappointed and won’t be returning, rather go to Jazz cafe on the beach round the corner or one of the hotels-at least you can park in their car park for free if using their facilities!!

I registered with this office as a prospective seller and purchaser. I really dont know where to start? Shambles, poor time keeping, unprofessional, rip-off, outright diabolical!

The manager is agressive and plain rude and one of the sales staff sounds like a character off the set of an east end soap (doesn’t instill the greatest confidence). They also seem to be more interested in getting you to see their mortgage advisor before they allow you to view a property. I could understand it if they were high end agents, but they are not.

They also charge the highest fees in the area, yet expect the house owners to cover the appointments…i dont see how they can justify this as they offer nothing more than their competition. Oh, and watch out for the fixed fee…I am sure Dick Turpin would be very proud of these guys!

Buyer beware!

Shame i had to give it even one star!!

Do not book a Sun Holiday through here!!!

It is actually cheaper to book direct!! We paid about £80 for the Sun holiday booking and the same holiday including entertainment passes is £65 if you book direct on the website.

The telephone staff are unhelpful and downright rude despite me asking politely if we can cancel under the ‘cooling off period’ or keep the holiday but have the passes thrown in.

They refused to compromise and spoke to me in a rude and angry manner. I am really upset at losing the money or holidaying in a place that treats customers like this.

There is nothing more annoying than getting back home after a night at the pub and realizing you dont have your keys with you. The doorman gave me the number for Bebington Locksmiths 24/7 emergency service. 20 minutes later I was in bad. Good night and cheers for Bebington Locksmiths.
