“ Once you manage to find it! It's a breeze, for pre-booked vehicle they are efficient at reviewing the order and providing all necessary information. The service and staff are excellent - vehicle is parked as described - not too far and the process for leaving the car park is explained properly. On return you are able to leave the keys with the staff, who are usually in the parking area designated for Europcar - and you are free to leave for the terminal! Only downside - all this is located on the upper most floor of the car park - which coupled with UK weather is not the nicest location! (shaziyahanif, 11-12-2011) 4

“ Hard to get to from the train station My room Was next to the Lift and you could hear the gears in motion everytime the lift was used. Rooms were nice but the price and the annoyance of little things spoilt this for me. Only here for 7 hours before an early flight. Butnext time will look else where (.., 14-03-2012) 1

“ Giraffe is usually a kind of "what you see is what you get" type place. So I came here while waiting for my flight home to Hamburg and had a perfectly nice burger, with cheese and jalapeno peppers. Friendly and efficient staff, food came pretty quickly, wasn't expensive. Clean bright, slightly tatty menus but I guess they are well used more or less 24 hours a day.. That's it really. “ Large double rooms, very similar to Premier Inn. Walking distance from airport terminals. Clean and well maintained. Nothing special but no complaints either. It gets a generous four stars, however, on account of the free wi-fi. Very rare in hotels sadly. (snosrap70, 02-11-2011) 4

“ what a hotel , its great in all aspects bedrooms ,service , food and very close to the airport . the staff is reallly helpful and friendly . the food in the restaurant though quiet expensive was just great so once in a while its alright to pay high price if the quality is good and thats exactly what it was here .the bar here was quite elegant and had a very relaxing atmosphere , the bar man was very helpful and friendly .the room specially the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was clean and tidy we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation (iamsterdam, 26-01-2009) 4
