“ Recently had my Volkswagen Polo in for a service, and although the service was perfectly fine and done on time, i cant help but notice the disgraceful behaviour of one of the service advisors named George, he was constantly breaking wind, and giving me and other customers dirty looks. “ I absolutely love this shop, its amazing, wonderful, inspiring, if I had a large enought home (or bank balance) I would take every single lovely thing in the showroom and surround myself with it all. There is no "tat" at all, just quirky, unique, individual, stylish, tasteful, covetable, desirable, fabulous items. Whoever stocks "Unique" has a great eye for beautiful things. Anything from "Unique" could sit in Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis, House of Fraser etc and not look out of place, its marvelous, cannot possibly say enough good things about the place, well worth a browse, this place has got to be one of Anglia's best kept secrets! “ We love going to Roy's! The Supermarket has some wonderful local produce. Broadland ham, Cromer crab, and the deli has home made quiche, and the best home made potato salad. Then there is the main shop, great value and everything you would want. The garden Ctr is also very good value as is the hardware store. The children's wear shop I'd good, and the toy shop is a must! “ Had the beautician come to my house for the day before my wedding to do acrylic nail extensions and Swarovski pedicure. The pedicure looked alright when she had done it but around 4 hours later tall the crystals had fallen off, this cost me £60!!!!!!! The manicure was of really poor quality, full of cracks, bubbles and really rough and sharp around the edges. She caught 3 of my fingers with the nail file and made them bleed, they were all red and sore and you can see this is my wedding photos. I have been trying for 6 months to get my money back for this shoddy service without any luck despite providing photographic evidence. “ My friend ordered a Christmas arrangement of potted plants from Donnas Flowers in Dereham. I was very pleased when I received them. I phoned my friend to thank her and she was keen to know what they were like and asked if it had a cyclamen in it as she had specifically requested one. It was clear she had believed the arrangement was being prepared by the florist. Imagine my surprise when later that morning I went to Tesco and found identical baskets (right down to the placement of plants to the colour ribbon) on sale for £20 with Tesco labels. Of course I would never tell my friend she could have just arranged a shop and drop from Tesco but I did contact the florist to suggest that she might want to refund my friend the extra shed paid. Her answer was that they must use the same supplier. So much for florists actually assembling the flowers themselves. It seems they are only middlemen.
