“ We visited the barn in Tunbridge Wells several times to look at sofas.  On both visits the staff were warm, friendly and non pushy.  We were supplied with a welcome hot drink,  and given lots of advice and help with fabrics and styles.We are thrilled with our sofa, particularly as the sales assistant went out of her way to find a fabric and colour to match a sofa that we already have.  Two delivery men brought our sofa, which was very well wrapped.  They were polite, and took the trouble to remove their shoes, without being asked.Unfortunately, they forgot to leave my Stainguard pack! However, a quick phone call rectified this, and I am assured that one is on its way.Although the sofa was quite expensive, I am assured that it is well built and will last a long time.Parking was easy and the barn was well laid out. “ Fantastic from beginning to end. We came with a large group, and everyone left with both a full belly and a smile on thier face. This deli has such a relaxed atmosphere, that instantly puts you at ease, with smiling happy staff who are always willing to help, and food that was outrageously good for the price. “ AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I went for IPL on a Groupon voucher and the staff were incredibly rude - they referred me to their website at every question I asked. I had my first treatment in June and now have to wait until October for the next. It is also simply impossible to get an appointment on a weekday evening. The only availabilities are Sunday afternoons, if you're lucky. The manager never responds to complaints...obviously. The staff are overworked and grumpy. I was given a false email address when I asked for a contact address for the manager. What more can I say...this place is dirty, horrid and only has bad reviews on the net. Don't go. “ We ordered shutters from The Shutter Shop despite the reviews on Qype since they were very competitively priced and we thought we would take the plunge.  The shutters were slightly delayed, however we were made aware at the time of order that our custom coloured shutters would take longer.  The shutters were fitted last week and it completely changed the room!  We were very happy with the service and the installer was very helpful and worked neatly.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends!
