Elegant hair and beauty Studio - Leicester Square
2/Floor 37-38 Gerrard street
London W1D 5QB
I recently visited Elegant Hair and Beauty Studio for the first time for a one hour deep tissue massage. I have had massages a few times before at different places around London and this was undoubtedly my best experience so far. Even though the salon is situated in the heart of China Town, the therapy rooms which are neat and clean, are free from any outside noise, offering a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere with an authentic Asian feel. My massage therapist, a lovely Thai lady, instantly made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The pressure she applied throughout the massage was perfect and I knew straight away that I was in good hands. The massage was equally relaxing as effective, making me feel properly loosened up and flexible afterwards. I have already booked my next appointment at the salon, as well as one for my boyfriend who I know will love it as much as I did. Brilliant! just brilliant, i saw some top notch comics on the night, a few off the telly! I was well chuffed that i got to see some famouse people and not just some kids out of uni telling jokes. (EthanGray5, 16-05-2013)

O'Neills - Leicester Square
33/37 Wardour Street
London W1D 6PU
The worst place.. The security guard was abusive and very unwelcoming. I had a few friends already in the pub but I was stopped asking for my friends to come out. I tried calling my friends, however due to loud music they didn't hear their phone. The security guard spoke to me in a rude way and told me to go someone else. I waited outside for half an hour till my friends came out. While waiting I was told to move away from the venue. I really didn't understand why the security guard was soo rude and unfriendly. Avoid at all cost.. There are many other places that are welcoming.. (kplovin, 16-05-2013)

Woodlands - Leicester Square
37 Panton Street
London SW1Y 4EA
Small vegetarian Indian restaurant in the heart of London. They squeezed us in without a booking. The menu is quite extensive and varied, and not the usual run of the mill anglicised Indian. Service was quick and excluding the wine three of us ate for £51, including starters. I thought it was good value especially for its location and would definitely return. (garysajames, 15-12-2012)

Hungs - Leicester Square
27 Wardour Street
London W1D 6PR
Picture the scene. Big Dave has just pulled a gargoyle of a woman next door in O'Neills, shamed himself in front of his work mates and missed the last tube home. Where could be possibly go to raise his spirits? That's right. Stringfellows. But seeing as it's too bloody expensive and he's just spent his last 20 quid on jagerbombs, Hungs will have to do.Always open late and always ready to cook up a feast from an extensive menu that reads like a Chinese phone book. The quality is actually very good considering they mostly cater for pissed up idiots like Big Dave.Taking off one star for the state of the toilets. I wouldn't even take the gargoyle in there. Carpet Cleaning - Leicester Square
53b Lisle St
London WC2H 7BF
I wish I could show you a before and after picture.  As you may have guessed, we moved into a rental house that was not very clean to begin with. The rent was low, so we jumped at it. We'll save in the long run, but the carpet cleaning made the place so much more livable. I was particularly happy with the short drying period. I did not know you could do that.  They also use a "green" cleaner that uses soda water instead of soaps. (cor3yp3ars, 18-03-2013)

The Royal Dragon - Leicester Square

Nothing impressive, just a regular Chinese restaurant or at least that's what I thought at the beginning. You should definitely try the roasted duck there's nothing more delicious than this. Excellent service and decor. Recommend it to everyone. (Eve Miller, 07-05-2013)

Glamour Hair & Beauty - Leicester Square
57 Charing Cross Road
London WC2H 0NE
This salon was an absolute shambles. I would not recommend it to anyone. After waiting almost an hour they told me my stylist hadn't come into work and I should reschedule my appointment. The staff didn't seem to care that I'd been let down and disappointed. I wasted time and money travelling to the appointment and an afternoon of annual leave. And I still haven't had my hair done. While I was waiting they got into a discussion with another customer querying her appointment time (accusing her of making a mistake). Their overall manner was unpleasant and I left, what should have been an enjoyable haircut, furious.  (Abi-snail, 30-04-2013)

Gaby's Deli - Leicester Square
30 Charing Cross Road
London WC2H 0DE
On general principles I had signed petitions supporting them against the threat of eviction before I had actually eaten there.  Now that I have, I know I was right.  Real food, real people, real atmosphere -- and relief from the chains that infest the Leicester Square region. Mr Wu - Leicester Square
28 Wardour Street
London W1D 6QN
Wow, it's so weird to see so many negative reviews! I know its not Haute Cuisine, but I've been in London 3 times, and after my first time in London eating at Mr. Wu's, I returned the both times after that, because I DID like the food! I thought the Curry Chicken with Onions was very good, the chicken was soft and tender meat! The staff isn't like what u get in an high end restaurant, but to me they were very friendly! I actually recommend this place to my friends, when they fly to London and don't have a broad budget!I think the price is fantastic and the food is good!I love that place! :) (allesofnikks, 02-05-2013)
