We called the wrong restaurant by mistake. What a mistake! Quite possibly the worst food I have ever seen or tasted. We had to bin it all! (dmccy1, 23-02-2013)

We arrived just after 6pm on Friday 1 June, in front of a family (i.e. mum and dad with two small children).  We ordered before them: two classic margaritas, tortillas and hot diablo dip to start with, a bottle of Soave, tap water and two main meals. The tortillas arrived fairly quickly but with sour cream: our margaritas arrived around 20 minutes later and the tap water 30 minutes after ordering. Everyone around was being served before us including the family and a fat lady who arrived well after us.  90 minutes after ordering, we asked about our mains and we told ‘we were waiting for you to finish your starter’.  Whilst I love tortillas, even I couldn’t finish the huge plate that had arrived. The manager also said we’d been busy talking and they were waiting for us to finish.  A few minutes after we said we’d just settle our drinks bill and leave, our mains arrived.  We explained that we didn’t want them and then entered into a heated ‘discussion’ with the manager who accused us of trying to get away with paying for  £35 of food (interesting as two margaritas were £10, we had only drunk half the £15.95 bottle of wine and the tortillas were £2.95).  The manager has absolutely no interpersonal skills and virtually shooed us out of the door, speaking loudly to try to embarrass us and make us feel as though we’d done something wrong.  This was a very disappointing experience as we’d visited twice before and although service was not fantastic, the food was good and we’d been happy to support a new and independent venture. We were told our custom would not be welcome in the future and we are not sorry.     (HMJ99, 02-06-2012)

Captain-G You ordered ‘two classic margaritas’?

You reviewed the wrong restaurant. This ia a Tex-Mex Restaurant. They do not do pizzas and also some of the other things you mentioned.

Seems fairly odd that you ate/drank;Tortillas, 2X Margaridas, Bottle of Soave.
and only said you will pay for the bottle of Soave.

which you said you only drank half of. Dont think its possible to drink an estimated half a bottle and pay for half of the full cost of it, with the restaurant keeping the remains for somebody else.

mrnre1 that is the dumbest thing ive read in a long while…… do you know what a margarita is…. clearly not so i will do you a favour and tell you that it is a DRINK looool.

Furthermore why are you disecting their story as if they are lying?

Is the manager your dad?

My main drain was clogged (tree roots and 60 years of debris). This company managed to fix the problem quickly and professionally. (adamnccclark, 07-02-2013)

My friend clogged my toilet, so I called them up and they were here within 30 minutes. It took less than 15 minutes for them to get it working properly again, it's working perfectly now. I couldn't ask for anything more. (pjohnson134, 05-02-2013)

Haven't heard of this chain before, but was really surprised that they sell really cheap and delicious food. You can get a sandwich and a coffee just for 2-3 pounds. Service was also good- they prepared my order fast and were really friendly. Definitely recommend trying them out yourself. (Sophia Todd, 11-02-2013)

Fantastic salon. The staff are really great and definitely know how to take care of their customers. I've visited this place twice so far and my hair just looks even better after each visit and they also recommended me some hair products that are pretty good and most importantly very reasonably priced. I am definitely looking forward to being pampered there next time I visit this place. (Sophia Todd, 11-02-2013)

THIS is the worst salon I have ever been in the standard of work is very low. They use cheap equiptment and are very rude staff in general. The women are rude to the walk in public and from my impression they seemed to be extremely racist to all the black girls that came into the salon. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are a polish salon and I felt they prefer polish customers. Not recommended. I didnt like my hair or nails in the end and the overall experience was a nightmare. Stay away!!!
