They offer excellent customer services, staff is highly trained and customer focused. I booked holidays and they gave me best holiday package I couldn't find online or anywhere else. 5 star service. Best of luck to them.

I did not stay in the hous at Colville road, but in a single room in another house very close. The room was number 4.4. The major problem was the motorway just in front, which makes the room very noisy. The other thing is the room's size: it was ridiculously small. And the floor was a dirty carpet. The bathroom was reasonably clean. The kitchen was not very welcoming: quite dirty and no equipment apart from the micro-wave and the fridge. I think I paid to much for this: £25 per night.

Stay away from them they are only out to take your money!!! As a landlord I have been cheated by them for over hundreds of pounds. Which I am aware of (maybe more as they do lot of private dealings with the other party). The owner has about 4 different names, still not sure what his real name is and the lady that works for him is a b****. She thinks that she is Miss world and tries to flirt with you. Come on love look at yourself in the mirror. The owner comes across as your best friend don't buy that.
I have had my ramp and rave - Almost all estate agents are wankers but they take the biscuit Stay away if you love your property and money.

The first time I went I really enjoyed but I have been back a few times and the experience has got worse for food and staff of aubergine. The pancakes are not light and fluffy but more like cardboard. The softboiled eggs were not delivered in an egg holder so I not sure how they expected people to eat them as it was way too hot and when I did manage to get in they were almost solid. The staff! I have not had one order that was 100% correct and when I have asked them for a missing item they either brought something else wrong or were just really rude. I don't want to go back as I find myself getting more annoyed each time.

I ordered a takeaway, half jerk chicken+rice and peas, coleslaw & a ginger beer. Prompt delivery, friendly driver! - Food was presented in plastic like food box, nicely sat and presented in box, It would be good If food were put into plastic containers separately, chicken in one container, rice in another. Moving on the Jerk Chicken was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I couldn't believe how much I had on my plate and It was meaty!!! The taste is simply the best, 10 out of 10! Rice and peas were nice but maybe less peas next time, coleslaw was nice, weren't really a fan of the plantin,overcooked & abit chunky. The prices are good, you pay around the same price elsewhere but without coleslaw & drink.I give Jerk Hut a strong 9/10 - 10 if they can use containers and less peas! Thank you

This is one of the best cake shops I have come across in London. The cake is amazing! I've tried almost all the flavours, and there isn't one I don't like. The customer service is stellar and the designs they can do in icing are amazing. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.

purchased a pair of trainers here some time ago and the experience still haunts me..... 10 days later I had to return them as they were clearly defective, the sole was coming off, these were a well known expensive brand and know way the shops fault, it was just one of those things we all at sometime go through, I spoke to the manager a large muscle bound man, a bully of a man demanding I had put them in the washing machine, this manager was really terrible, I felt threatened by him, he was even sniffing them trying to smell washing powder, I stood my ground (it was almost toe too toe) and managed to get an exchange, and left in complete shock.... If I'd let him bully me I'd of been out of pocket £80, I'm sure others have had the same on meeting him for returns....

Manze's truly is the best Pie & Mash I have tried, with a traditional feel to the interior.
For years we have had lunch here whilst doing our last minute shop on Xmas eve. It's our start to Christmas.
