Thought I had better add a positive experience here. I had a wash cut and half head highlights at BP (groupon) and the whole experience was great. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The stylist absolutely knew her stuff, recognising that the person who cut my hair previously did a really good job (it was cut by one of the top stylists in the country). The cut that she did was brilliant and the colours were great. I was very impressed overall and booked a pedicure for which I received a 15% discount. So far I haven't been disappointed at all with this Salon. It has an amazing range of treatments available and I am going to return to get my hair cut again in a few weeks.

The worst Clinique I have ever been to!!!Unbelievable how they treated my pet!Don't ever go there!Ridiculous expensive and careless!!!!!!They don't have idea what to do,they do experiments on animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!After having treatment from this clinic my pet was feeling even worst,therefore he died!!!

My family loves the place. You can get a great carvery with 4 meats and plenty of choice for the vegetable. My children are rather picky but they always find something there that they like. The price is brilliant especially if you have a 2 for £10 and get £1 off the desserts. We started to get to know most of the staff and it's a great atmosphere for the children. They get some crayons and the waiting staff looks well after them. I can only recommend this Toby Carvery for families or anybody else!

As with any organisation or business, a hospital is only as good as its individual staff. Over a period of a few days I made several visits to see consultants, surgical admissions, outpatients services etc. culminating in surgery and experienced the whole range from extremely professional and caring, to lazy and downright incompetent. The problem is too many staff are involved in every aspect of care so that one person assumes someone else has already dealt with the issue. At one point, a bad-tempered nurse flung my curtains aside and told me to prepare for the adjacent patient's knee operation. (In practice this can't actually happen because other staff are constantly checking name and date of birth). My own way of dealing with the situation was to ask lots of questions of my own and to challenge everything that was said, which didn't make me very popular with staff but did mean I got the best care available on the day. I was really disappointed with the lack of information following my operation as they just send round junior doctors who were not actually in the operating theatre with you, but my GP is on the case and will eventually find out whether the operation was a complete success (I feel pretty certain it was). A lovely student nurse looked after me at the end of the day and brought me loads of hot drinks when I was absolutely gasping.

On saturday 2nd feb my friend had her baby shower there and I was appauled by the service. There were about 16-18 women and the Manager made it such an aweful start to it. they were not accommodating at all! They complasined that we were taking up all their space and that they had other customers coming in. My friend had reserved some tables and it seemed that all they wanted was to get us out of there. all 16 of paid for our coffee and went to the George who were very friendly and wanted to serve us!!!! I wont go back to this coffee shop and im sure all the other 15 girls will spread the word! Such bad service!!!!

We are really disappointed to hear about your experience. We want genuinely try the best for our customers & work hard to make this the case.
Saturdays are very busy days in all of our stores, because of this we generally do not accept bookings. I understand that the manager made an exception for you on this occasion, on the understanding that it would be a terrace booking. When this was moved to indoors it did cause issues.

Eagle Inn is really a great place to stay. I know some that whenever they have some sort of vacations at Sta. Barbara, this hotel, this is the forst one being considered. I also love the places that sourrounds it. SO much fun and enjoyment.
