“ When my mother was visiting, mom wanted to get a nice new pixie cut for our trip to Paris. I can't remember the name of the hairdresser (she was blonde, maybe in her thirties, very sweet and genuine). She and mum looked through magazines so there was no confusion. I left to run errands. “ As others have said, the staff aren't great, and it's a small mission to join.But once you've got that sorted, it's the best gym out there bar none. It's cheap, the online booking works a treat, and the interior is absolutely awesome. 4 squash courts, the 50 meter pool, the sports hall, the outside track and stadium and, best of all, the park it's set in to run through. I play lacrosse, and I REALLY wish our team would relocate here. The gym itself is well lit, with modern equipment and a lot of space. So yes, it's a mission to sign up and the customer service when doing so isn't brilliant. But stick with it, it's worth the hassle. I took a star off for the customer service, but I'd really have given it 4.5 if I could. I just noticed you can rate the price. “ unprofessional, unreliable and Poor service. I used Mike'a Appliances for gas safety certificate. Their engineer missed two appointments he then made the boiler that was working into one that doesn't. It now has to be replaced with a new one at a huge cost to me. (mes300413, 30-04-2013) 1

“ Good instructors, really poor bikes. I took my Mod 1 & 2 through them, and lost at least an hour a day whilst waiting for the instructors to fix the bikes. Break lights were faulty, mirrors loose and dodgy gear boxes were the norm. When compared to other schools, their equipment was embarrassing. Professional, courteous and unobtrusive he truely captured the spirit of the event in his beautifully informal, candid style. Indeed we were so delighted with the pictures that we have used him since to photograph our children and will continue to use him as our family photographer in the future. “ I've been here a couple of times as my husband bought me a gift voucher but I wouldn't rate it highly compared to other salons I've been to.  The massage I had was quite good but some of the staff here are quite grumpy and even come across as rude at times, not what you want when you are going for a relaxing treatment!  They could smile more and be a bit more friendly.  (AdaDoom, 11-09-2012) 1
