“ My partner and I went to Okawari on my birthday and I was very disappointed. We do not live in or near Ealing so the decision to dine at Okawari was entirely based on the positive online reviews I found. I remember thinking to myself, this better be good. Too bad it wasn't.Firstly, this place isn't authentic, despite the floor seating that some reviewers raved about. So how do I know? Because the staff spoke Chinese and played Chinese music. And I'm Chinese. Now I am not a food snob, and I don't need my pasta cooked by Italians, and so on, but the food served was below par and lacked finesse.The sushi was expensive and the prices on the menu was for ONE piece! Most Japanese restaurants at least serve sushi in a pair! The inarizushi (tofu sushi) I ordered was not sweet enough, and the rice looked suspiciously like long grain rice. You are supposed to use short grain for sushi, not the egg-fried-rice long grain!For mains, I had a vegetable tempura and curry. Unfortunately the curry was cold. There was no dipping sauce for the tempura and the server had taken away the soy sauce after we had our sushi as starters. There was also a lack of table condiments.Service was ok although my server did not once smile, but I can handle that. Deco - pretentious and definitely a bone of contention. Most reviewers here thought the deco looks authentic but such seating is a common feature in many Japanese restaurants. All in all, very average food, regardless of authenticity. “ Heart warm welcome from the cafe manager and the staff, lots of friendly visitors, amazing 'Zito sa slagom' and Illy coffee, and just when you think the visit is over, you discover that they also do 'Cevapcici' - kebabs in a flat bread under a  grill...! I am definitely coming back with my family soon....Plus , we found Bakina Tajna (Granny's Secret) Ayvar, slatko and jams there to buy...! Highly recomend a visit, to this bohemian cafe... “ Always a good night when I visit Flynn's - friendly local pub, never overly busy due to location (West Ealing is pretty quiet most evenings, even weekends). Mostly locals drinking in here, nice venue to have birthday drinks if you're local. Staff always efficient and polite, wouldn't say they're particularly friendly tbh. They play good music which isn't overly loud so normal conversation can be had. A large beer garden for the smokers to use and lovely in the warmer weather, also several tables out the front.Facilities are usually spotless, i.e. toilets. Ample seating in the pub. “ Whenever me and my boyfriend go the place seems to be full of loud hindi men with their kids running wild in the restaurant. The owner of the restaurant doesn't have any control of their customers. The environment puts me off from having a eat in experience although i would love to sit and eat(me and my boyfriend always result in getting a take-a-way)if it was more organised with their customers i'm sure these problems would not occur. “ Simple things like getting a new key cut for your house can be such a hassle and expensive exercise. I have been through it in the past and I know exactly what I am talking about. But then I came across West Ealing Locksmith 4U recently and decided to try them out this time around. And guess what they took away all the hassle from making new keys. “ Avoid like the plague! They accepted an expensive item and said they could clean it with no problem. When I collected it my item was damaged, stained and much worse than when I had given it too them. They made lots of excuses, claimed they "did their best", said "it's not visible from the outside", didn't take responsibility for the damage, didn't offer a refund and personally insulted me! “ I first went to Thai Canteen with my daughter and her boyfriend,found the food was excellent and the staff very warm and welcoming.
