“ As a former vet nurse, I can say without reservation that this is a great practice. My cat has been suffering an orthopaedic injury since I adopted him, but it had not been accurately diagnosed due to his fearful, aggressive temperament during vet examinations. Around the time I moved to Richmond his symptoms worsened, so I took him to see Zeta and then Stephanie. I was very pleasantly surprised when he calmly explored the consult room and even tried to raid a bag of kitten food! Previously he had always hunkered into a ball and swiped at anyone who touched him. Every time I have been to Kitten to Cat, the waiting room has been immaculately clean. The nurses and reception staff have always been polite to me, and I never feel rushed during the consults even though half the time I end up babbling like a crazy woman! Both vets clearly have a special knack for dealing with scared kitties. I am grateful to have found a practice where both my cat and I feel comfortable. (mg86, 25-11-2012) 5

“ Be warned AND Beware, They will scam and waste your time and money. None of their staffs are qualified auto mechanics. Their gimmick is the will win your interest by giving you a cheaper quote for the repair and later on change the price once they have open and dismantled your vehicle and ask for ridiculous amount of money for the proper repair and to get your vehicle back on track. At the end which in most cases you will be ask to buy a new engine or pay heavily for their incompetence and lack of equipment. Shit garage, don’t wait your money and time. (patel101, 15-11-2012) 1

“ I really like this place. Every time when I am near it I prefer to go there and get an ice- cream. They have a big variety of ice-creams and if you are a fan of them you won't resist on the delicious flavours. They are on a fair price. The staff made me feel welcome, were extremely professional and helpful. The follow-up calls and emails after the procedure to ensure that I was comfortable was reassuring They take good care of their patients. I would highly recommend this practice.
