“ Bad, Worst Ever " Very disappointed! A big waste of time. Put simply, incompetent. My money was taken and my application was not done however I had to payout my hard earned cash for enquires they should have known. One pays for a service not an educational program for these staff to findout how the immigration law works, or why should we use these so called "Experts". Would not recommend them to anyone. “ I visited here on a Sunday lunchtime to meet a few distant family members. Being a 'Wetherspoons', I had my doubts about the venue but was pleasantly surprised. It's very spacious and, when I was there at least, clean and not noisy even though quite busy. The staff were pleasant and seemed efficient though they also seemed not to be British which was probably why they were so well-behaved !The beer was good (I had 'Abbott' and Adnams 'Broadside') and excellent value at no more than £2 a pint. My meal of a sirloin steak, medium rare, was just about right and the steak was decent quality. It wasn't that cheap at £10.49 but frankly I'd rather pay that and get a reasonable meal than get an inedible one for half the price; given that the price included a drink it was good value. My relatives mostly had the Sunday roast and only one left anything on the plate, so this must have been ok too; this came in at something like £6.50. The deserts and coffee were perfectly acceptable at a reasonable price. All-in-all we enjoyed it and, for a 'Wetherspoons', this is a pretty decent place. (No1Customer, 08-10-2012) 3

“ Worst experience ever! My family stopped here for lunch on the way the Henley, and we were shocked at how ill-mannered and unpleasant the staff were. I can excuse an over-priced menu, but there is no excuse for such vile customer service.
