“ Lyn had to look in here as we have another wedding coming up.  There are 3 positive reviews on this store and I have concur wholeheartedly with all 3.Outstanding courtesy and attention given by the staff.  The huge range of choice must give brides nightmares! They are all beautifully made.  The prices won't knock you over either!!!  As low as £200 - 300 right up the scale.I did particularly like the red one........AND the price!!!Well worth a visit by all brides. “ absolutely slow slow slow - no draught coke - it was "off" although given to us and only changed after query when bar staff later confirmed it was "off " after numerous tasting sessions !although they stilll were serving it to later customers !!! meal very slow to arriive despite bar empty - that should have told us something !! - basic menu ordered - beef burger and fries - fries still frozen !!!!!! if a pub cant even get fries and coke together ????........... glad we didnt order any " speciials ! though we note " skampi and friesss " are on board as a special - thats how it was spelt ? perhaps it wasnt scampi and that was some get out to avoid serving the "real thing " The land lady extremely rude and stroppy !! for cheaper option Mc D just up the road !!! seek aternative fish restaurant if you want " scampi" This was an expensive,very rude and painful experience !! Apparently pub is like a mad kids creche at weekends so sounds like close runner to MC D apart from ability to serve fries !!!!!!!! (Chopsuey1, 14-01-2013) 1

“ Hadn't used this place for years...not since I was posted at the hospital nearby.  Was brilliant then and has lost none of its' sparkle and magic.  Though different owners, they made us very welcome and it was a real pleasure to be there.Excellent food and such a choice.  I should try the Banguet nights....only £9.95 for starter, main and dessert plus nan....pretty good mark up.Easy parking, near bus stop.......worth the trip.Have a look at the website....great music! “ The store would be ok if it wasn't fronted by a disaster area called a car park. Whilst the store is big, management have not done its homework in assessing/calculating the amount of times/visits/customers. This has resulted in people just driving around, and around, and around and around again....until you find a space. They are not alone in this faux pas...the other big stores are the same.
