“ When I had problems with my car before Christmas I took it along to Greenpark Garage in Montrose where Arthur took a look at it and made sure it would see me over the Christmas period and booked it in for first week in January. They picked up the car from my business and then when they had to wait for a part coming in gave me a courtesy car so I could carry on with my business plans for the day. The next day they dropped it off to me at my door - great service and I really felt I could trust the advice the garage gave me and my car is running like a dream. (Wasuths-163176, 05-02-2013) 5

“ I recently got married and wore the prettiest Satin shoes on my wedding day ,unfortunately the weather was poorly and i got some mud on the heels and around the edges, and because i wanted to keep them safely for another special occassion i decided to carry them to R.Coull & Son to clean. I was told this could be done and to come back in 1 week, after waiting 2 weeks i was confronted with completely ruined shoes which the owner said happened while cleaning them and volenteered to dye them white which he said would clean them up. When i arrived 1 week later to pick them up, they looked even worse than before and were unuseable and completely destroyed. I asked the owner for compensation as they were destroyed and even though he agreed they were unuseable and he would not use them, he said that when i brought them in they were already unuseable. To me that is simply ridiculous as people go to a Shoe shop to fix damaged goods not to them in a worse state than they sent them in. I do wish to make a consumer complaint i just dont know where to go to do so. I will not recommend this store to anyone. (Starmoon, 30-10-2012) 1

“ Great purchase experience. Happened to be in Montrose and wandered in to be met by Steven. Had thought of a kilt for many years but never got round to it. He was very helpful and explained everything and told me of an amazing deal. I then returned a few weeks later on a 250 mile journey to be measured and place an order. Nothing was a hassle at all. He arranged it all and the deal was fantastic. 4 weeks later and I now have my kilt and again great service. Worth the 500 miles I had to travel on the 2 trips and I would recommend them. “ WE CALLED IN ON OUR WAY HOME FROM FOOTBALL AND REALLY WISH WE NEVER!!! STAFF NOT VERY HELPFUL, (DONT THINK THEY WANTED TO BE THERE) FOOD WAS JUST OK WAITED A WHILE TOO, NO TOILETS FOR KIDS TO USE, THEY DID HAVE SEATS BUT THE SHOP WAS COLD SO ATE IN THE CAR. WE BOUGHT 3 SUPPERS AND THAT WOULD NORMALLY FEED 2 ADULTS 2 LITTLE KIDS BUT YOU DONT GET MUCH CHIPS AT ALL PROB 15 CHIPS PER SUPPER.
