“ Plumber attended to a leak in my property. 24 Hr service and prompt turn up. Good. Plumber did not manage to ID the source of the leak and recommended pulling up floors. Owner attended and turned the water off which had no effect. Went next door and turned their water off, which stopped the leak.  That was the problem and floor 'pulling up' would have revealed nothing. Better fault diagnosis by a plumber was expected. Still had to pay the callout fee. Would not recommend. (standrews2, 20-04-2013) 2

“ This leisure centre has to serve the entire town and while it does a good job, it is a little small for what is required. It has a swimming pool, with a flume, and a smaller baby pool, but the main pool, although people use it for lane swimming, gets shallower so this may be difficult to do. The gym however is well equipped and changing room facilities are adequate. There are two squash courts which are in good working order and rackets and balls can be borrowed which mean you do not need to take your own. There is a reasonable cafe to satisfy those who get the munchies after a good work out or lengthy swim, or even perfect for parents to wait while kids are having lessons. (cah3860, 18-01-2009) 3

“ Sorry to post a negative reviews, but this branch has gone downhill. I have been coming to the Beanscene ever since it opened. I love the chilled out atmosphere and that families, students and just anyone is well catered for there. After my last trip around Christmas time when a middle aged male barista gave us terrible/rude service. Understaffing seems to be a problem at the branch but I thought a PMA was what the Beanscene was all about? I hesitantly after rude service in December I decided I wouldn't be back. But I thought his attitude might have dropped so I stopped or that the staff in question might have got the sack so I went back this weekend. Again, the place was understaffed and again we got terrible service. It was uplifting to see the same guy there agian, pulling faces as a big group of people came through the door.I ordered a large houmous platter and my friend ordered a small and they both came out the same size. Enough homous but only one pitta each. The other staff were apologetic about the slow service which made it acceptable but the other bloke needs to seriosuly cheer up or jog on. “ Hi my name is Sergio and I'm Italian but I live in France and I work in Monte Carlo in the Fairmot Hotel , just I want write  my expreience  with EASA...I chose English a St Andrews because I wanted to improuve my Business English skills and in the same time I wanted a flexible  course. The team is professional, friendly and very helpful, they assisted me from the first email untill the last day in St Andrews. The location is perfect, small  city, easy to move, a lot of the restaurants and coffeeshops, the people in St Andrews are very kind and everyone has been very welcoming. Since studying at the EASA school, I am much more confident in Business skills and my English has improved. I would defintely recommend the school to other people". 10 outstanding.... “ Carried put a rewire for my elderly mother . Could  not be happier with the service , standard of work and the considerate manner of the electricians towards an elderly lady .
