German standard for a five star resort is WAY higher than that.
The roomes are meant to be comfy and neat but the building is a little too old to make me buy that.
Venezuelan service is great though. You have about 10 employees taking care of you during breakfast. ;)
The pool is okay but sometimes it appears to be a little dirty!
The thing that makes you get a room here:
IT COULD BE WAY WORSE SOMEWHERE ELSE IN Caracas!!!
